Tunnel Vision

Happy New Year!!! Sorry for the delay in my first blog of 2019, but I came through drippin’ in God’s love and favor because I’m just that amazed at his wonders, y’all!!

So - this time last year I started my blog!!!

HAPPY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY TO THE DIVINE PURPOSE!!!

God is so good! I learned my nitch, my purpose with blogging, and God’s purpose for me!

This year I desire to tackle my writing with the idea of tunnel vision!

Tunnel Vision is my phrase of the year! To me - tunnel vision means to focus on the target or the goal no matter what distractions, hindrances, or attacks that may come your way! It’s time out for excuses y’all! I believe that when things get rough or look a little doubtful, we tend to forget God’s promises for us! We tend to forget the prayers we prayed over and over again! We tend to forget how God did it before just for us! We tend to forget how precious and full of favor we are! We have to remind ourselves this year of God’s purpose, his promises, his grace, and our prayers!!!

I know 2018 was a challenge for some! I know so many people, including myself, who wanted to give up and throw in the towel! I know so many people who battled depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, mental battles, lost faith in God, health challenges, and more! I know that it has happen! And because it has been tough for some - you gave up on your dreams, on your promise, and on your goals! But this year - attack every goal, every dream, and attack your purpose with “tunnel vision”!

Do whatever you need to do to stay focus! Find accountability partners, get you a prayer journal, and write your goals down! You can do this!!! My favorite song right now is “You Will Win” by Jekalyn Carr!

She said in her live recording that we cannot call ourselves winners yet look defeated!

So shake yourself, remind yourself of who you are and whose you are, and block out the attempts of the enemy! Will you have tunnel vision with me!?

I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me” - Philippians 4:13
